The Green Dot Ball
The green dot ball must be used from 1st September to 30th April
One of CGS Development goals is to ensure that coaches maintain a safe environment, train to prevent serious injuries, use appropriate exercises, implement appropriate conditioning and strength programs and train players’ mental ability effectively. Therefore, three coaches; Dikana Mthombeni, Sharon Sibanda and Lawrence Dlamini were sent for a one month long Entry Level Sports Science Course sponsored by the Department of Sports and Recreation. This course was hosted by the Institute of Fitness Professionals from the 24th of September 2011 in Fourways and other different sporting code representatives attended.
