The masters and the Ladies event will be held from the 24th June – 30th June 2012

The Open Mens event will be held from the 12th August – 18th August 2012

Sports Coaching and High Performance
One of CGS Development goals is to ensure that coaches maintain a safe environment, train to prevent serious injuries, use appropriate exercises, implement appropriate conditioning and strength programs and train players’ mental ability effectively. Therefore, three coaches; Dikana Mthombeni, Sharon Sibanda and Lawrence Dlamini were sent for a one month long Entry Level Sports Science Course sponsored by the Department of Sports and Recreation. This course was hosted by the Institute of Fitness Professionals from the 24th of September 2011 in Fourways and other different sporting code representatives attended.
